1. Pcod should be treated with weight reduction, normalization of the menstrual cycle, reduction of androgen level, correction of hyperinsulinemia, increasing egg quality. Normalization of amh level. If everything ok, then stat ovulation induction by leteozole etc. Other wise high chance of induction failure.
