Hi, i'm in my early 20s, mid-2012 after an illness I started noticing my right leg was dropping more than usual, and I was experiencing difficulties in dorsiflexing, numbness, and tingling sensation, and it seems a little smaller than the left (i think it?s not gaining or growing muscles as fast as the unaffected leg), this sensation runs from my buttocks through the back of my thigh to my knee then taking the front through my shin to my in between my big toe, after some researches now, I think I have l5 nerve damage (i stand to be corrected), is there a way out of this because it?s coming between a lot of things I would love to do (football and modeling).
