Hello- one of the pathological consequences of over masturbation is the buildup of cortisol in the body. Cortisol, known as a stress hormone, creates a host of harmful side effects when overproduced. It commonly leads to chronic fatigue that differs from fatigue due to drug abuse, lack of sleep or poor diet. Chronic & adrenal fatigue resulting from o.m. Develops in stages. Early on, signs of uncharacteristic tiredness appear. Exhaustion that not only persist, but grows over time. By the time it develops into a serious condition (stemming from severe sexual addiction), an individual experiences irritability, concentrate issues and sluggishness. People with chronic fatigue often feel as if they are waging a battle with their bodies every day. Chronically fatigued individuals can experience severe depression and stress that interferes with sleep. Inadequate sleep can diminish the liver?s ability to breakdown cortisol. Men and women fatigued may want to take herbal treatment for chronic fatigue to help with the breakdown of cortisol to regain their energy levels back.
