I am 20 year old having weight 74 kg and try to built good muscular body but my muscle are not in growth what should I do?

Do muscle building exercise like weight lifting and others like push up,sit up,plank,swimming,skipping,yoga,squat.Follow proper balanced diet.Eat small amount of food.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,cola,soft drinks,fruit juice.Avoid fast foods.junk foods,processed foods.frequently.Eat lots of whole fruits,vegetables,unrefined foods.Eat more protein like fish,egg white,lean meat,cottage cheese,yogurt,peas,peanut butte,soybean,soy milk,soy product.Use nuts,seeds.Drink lots of water.Use lukewarm water 5 mins after meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Stay stress free and lead an active life.
