I am 19 years old. A light brown colour butterfly shaped mark about the size of a pencil eraser suddenly appeared on the sole of my foot. It's evenly coloured and painless. It's not elevated and just looked like a pigmentation. It's symmetrical along one axis. Is this any underlying condition?
