Fever since 20 days. 99 all day, 100 at night. Cbc crp d dimer normal. (minor fall in platelets). Platelets- 2.33lakhs spo2 - 98-99 covid negative. Malaria not detected. Widal test: salmonella typho h 1: 40 and salmonella typho o 1: 40. Consulting doctor says its mild corona and will subside in a week. Is it true or needs further investigation?

Evening rise of temperature needs further evaluation. WBC count? Do you have any cough or any weight loss? If your RT PCR is negative and you just have fever, there is nothing like MILD CORONA. You will need further evaluation.
