My 2 years 8 months baby is having fever like 103 to 104. No sneezing no cough only stomach pain and fever what to do please help.

Ms. lybrate-user, it is better to go to hospital, as high fever can lead to seizure in children. Treating through home remedies or medicines you already have is not advisable.
