Hii, panderm cream is combination cream containing superpotent steroid clobetasol 0.05 percent alongwith antifungals and antibiotics. Use on face can lead to side effects, some of which are reversible & some are irreversible. Sudden stoppage, may lead to temporary aggravation of skin problems, may lead to excessive dryness and photosensitivity. The trick is to taper its use wisely alongwith use of sunscreen and moisturizer; at the same time addressing any side effects it may have caused due to prolonged use. I would advise you to see a dermatologist online by sending pictures or offline in person, so that we can properly address the problems you are facing, wisely taper and then stop the cream.
