I'm 120 kgs at present. With 5.4 height, 36 age. Not able to exercise, what should I do to loose weight.

Hi lybrate-user, I will suggest you to do start doing 1 hr yoga or pranayam if you are not able to exercise and consult anybody personally (weight managment consultant) to lose. There may be any health issue precipitating which would have caused to gain that much. I can help you out in losing weight in a healthy way, but for that you need to be determined enough.
