Hello lybrate-user. Everyone reacts to the disease and its treatment differently. It is not a good sign to have continuous fever. Better take proper treatment if the existing is not giving good result. Patients collapse very readily. So don't wait.

Dear user, tepid sponging with tap water not cold water can be done for him. There might be a small reduction in his temperature after para but once the effect has reduced the fever will rise. It is a normal phenomenon. Continue medication as per your doctor's orders and make sure the vitamin tablets are taken without fail. Good luck.
