My age is 23 and since almost a year and half I have been masturbating almost 4-5 times a week that too for 2-2 hours controlling my ejaculation. Now from some time I am facing a problem of erectile dysfunction may be from a few months and to add more misery from a week ago I started feeling a burning sensation in my left testicle during masturbation. At first it went away after masturbating or reappeared only during erection or excitement but after 2 days burning sensation was in morning time too without masturbating or anything like that. It was normal for two days then but after I again masturbated now there is a continuous slight burning sensation inside left testicle and also in probably a vein going through bladder to testis. Should I wait for some days avoiding masturbation or consult doctor right away and what is reason behind this burning sensation?
