My wife is having hallucinations and delusions and hence am prescribed below-mentioned medicines, rispee 2 mg and trinicalm plus bd my wife stopped taking this medicine immediately and symptoms got worsen. Now because of lockdown, I am unable to find these medicines. Can you please help me by suggesting alternative medicines or discuss over a call so that it will be helpful. I am very worried as situations are getting terrific day by day. She stopped medicines from january and things were good till march without taking any medicines. Now in since last week she is facing huge issues and same problems like hearing noises, fearfulness, racing thoughts, loss of sleep. Please help.

Dear Lybrate user we all know these are testing times because of covid. I would suggest you to get online counseling for your wife. She needs therapy to change her thought pattern. Medicines are equally important, but if taken along with counseling, effective results can be seen. Medicines should never be stopped on your own. You should consult the doctor before doing that otherwise it can be harmful.
