Hello doctor hope you all are safe and doing well! I am 24 years old unmarried and a student I am very embarrassed to disclose that I am having a itchy bumps on my penis and this bumps are discharging water when I itch more from which they will crack and when I press releasing water from it and a dull pain in penis since 2 days initially bit we're only bumps and itching and I applied betazol cream that time bit reduced later again itching in penis and forming bumps and in center to that bump I see a single tiny hole which pains and when I press releases a water kindly suggest me doctor I am very worried and now it's started paining and still it's itch me every day suggest me some cream or tablets thank you.(note: I don't have any illness apart from this and no other symptoms at all and I am having a blood pressure since an year)
