She is not sure whether it will go completely and I my sperm count will get increase. She has even suggested trial test after a month. Please suggest if my sperm count will be better and this chronic epididymitis is 100% curable. My mri report is as per below. #1. Heterogeneously enlarged bilateral epididymis. #2. Suggested to rule out chronic epididymitis. Thanks in advance!

Hello- chronic epididymitis can lead to permanent damage or even destruction of the epididymis and testicle (resulting in infertility and/or hypogonadism), and infection may spread to any other organ or system of the body. In ayurveda, hypogonadism usually presents as shandhatva or napunsakta. It means inability to sire a progeny by either. In case your tests shows abnormal hormone levels and you experience the signs and symptoms for the same, don't worry. Ayurvedic vajikaran therapy (which includes, aphrodisiac herbs), and some simple lifestyle and dietary changes can help you recover naturally.
