Dear G R, Anything edible, actually. But its advisable to eat bananas, apples, chocolates, pasta, pizza, berries, oatmeal, cookies/biscuits, cheese, bread, burger and crisps. You lose calories during sex and men lose sugar too. So anything that you crave for after sex, go for it!
