Recently had miscarriage on 20 march due to 5.25 tsh ultra sensitive currently tsh raised to 7.17 ongoing with 25 mg dosage of thyronorm.

Sorry for your loss. It's better if you consult an endocrinologist for further treatment. Do not try to conceive until your tsh is between 2.5-3.5. Go for conception only with your doctor's blessing.

Thyroid level fluctuates following delivery or miscarriage. Would suggest you to repeat ft3 ft4 and stsh after 6 weeks of miscarriage to get better idea. You should also take thyronorm on empty stomach atleast half an hour before breakfast or its ineffective. And plan pregnancy only after thyroid stabilizes.
