In my eye test result I got right eye- cyl@ -0.25, sph -0.25 axis 160 vision 6/6 left eye - cyl@ -0.50, sph- -0.50, axis 10 vision 6/6 should I have to wear glass.

6/6 vision means normal vision. It means you can see what most people can see at 20 feet (6 meters)..in very simple terms if a person is able to read it clearly at a distance of 6 ft then the vision is 6/6, that is 1. Hello. An eye can have both spherical and cylinder power. Cylinder power, even if very low, is known to cause more asthenopic symptoms than the spherical one. The choice of wearing glasses depends on the type of work you do, the hours of close work you do, the symptoms you have without glasses and of course the vision without glasses, known as unaided vision (ucva=uncorrected visual acuity). 6/6 is your bcva (best corrected visual acuity).
