And taking loette tablets twice a day. Two doctors have prescribed me two types of medicine, dinofirst and loette. Which tablet should I take and if I take one loette tablet I am bleeding so I am taking two but if I take two tablets will there be any harm?

Hello dear! loette is a contraceptive pill which stops ovulation from happening. If no ovulation then there would be no hormone release and therefore no pain during periods. Dinofirst however decreases the hormones directly and there decrease the endometriosis. Which tablet yo be taken depends on what symptoms you have and how your periods are, etc. Taking two loette tablets would not cause any harm however you should take continuously and not give any gap.

Loette is a low dose ocp. If you are bleeding with loette either you aren't taking it properly or you need a different composition. Two tabs isn't right. Depending on your symptoms and size of cyst the type of medicine dinofirst or loette is decided. For relief proper treatment is necessary.
