Bartholin cyst is common in females. The preferred method is the insertion of a word catheter followed by simple incision and drainage .or if there is no abscess ,pain or redness you can go with sitz bath ie, soaking in a tub filled with a few inches of warm water several times a day for three or four days may help a small, infected cyst to rupture and drain on its own.
