My wife is 46 years old and was on menopause last two years. Sudden she had complain of bleeding i.e menopausal bleeding, then I had consulted gynecologist she advised tvs. Tvs shaw endometrium mucosal thickening 4.4 mm.then she advice endometrial biopsy. Biopsy shows scanty non secretory endometrium. My family is complete. What should I do. Presently no bleeding. please advice me for future hysterectomy is mandatory or not.
