Take a proper breakfast with oats, brown bread with honey, cottage cheese, roti, chappati etc. Mid morning take whole fruit. Take lots of vegetables at lunch and dinner. Eat protein like fish, egg, lean chicken, mushroom, soy product, cottage cheese, peanuts etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods etc. Drink lots of water. Avoid smoking and alcohol.
