My baby is 8 months old. Her forehead, palm and feet hot sometimes and sometimes normal. She is having slight cold, sneezing a bit. Her temperature is 99.5 ?f. I have given her crocin drops. Is there any need to worry? Her teeth has also started coming.

Temprature in infants (below 1 years of age) are normally higher as compare to adolescent due to low surfrace area. If it's 100 degree or above then we should use antipyretics. Otherwise don't worry. It's in normal range as per age. For sneezing or cold use nasal dro nasoclear. 2drop 6hrly.

Please avoid crocin and any such drop without Dr. Consultation to the baby .as she is theething thats why her temperature differs so much. Ifshe is having fever high then consider 3 ml of calpol drops.
