It is due to common cold which needs symptomatic treatment with tab cetrizine and paracetamol. But it is always better to consult your family physician for better understanding of the disease and treatment. In the mean time you should take plenty of fluids and keep your comfort level high. Avoid going out in the cold weather or keep your self properly clothed. Take hot drinks.
