My son is 6 months old. I feel he is facing problem of motion. Earlier a month ago, he used to pass motion 5 days once in normal form(no hardness) and now, some times three times in a day or two that too in liquid format. Leaving these, he is very active by his age and no abnormal crying observed. Worth to mention that, recently he suffered with fever for a day and we given dosage of Paracetamol syrup IP. Please help.

Your son is passing loose stools for a few days I presume. If the child's diet changed, then it may last for a short time. If you have changed the milk, please go back to breast feeding. If there is blood and mucus in the stool, then it needs attention. If he is on bottle feeds, try to get him off the bottle and on to cup feeds. After having done all of the above, you can give a probiotic like bifilac or darolac sachet, half three times a day with a few spoons of water for three days. If it changes to very watery loose stools, give lots of electrobion/rebalanz electrolyte water.
