I want to lose weight. Tried having salads and fruits, still weight not reducing.

As some times our body generates more heat and retain water, due to that weight increases specifically fat. So you need to figure out what type of food will suit you exactly. As per that you will get fast results as well you will get to know about your body type and heat dis-balance of the body
