Respected. I am 25 years old girl. I'm planing for a baby since past 4 months. I consulted a gynaecologist who is treating me since one month. I was asked to do a follicular study. The report showed my dominant follicle on left ovary. Its size was 1814 mm on 12th day. The endometrial thickness was 10 mm and fluid was clear. On 15th day I repeated the test, the df size was 1811 mm and em thickness 10 mm and minimal free fluid. Since my follicle had not raptured, the doctor recommended hcg 5000 inj. On repeating the test on 17th day, the follicle size was 1912 mm with em thickness 12 mm and min free fluid ruptured. please let me understand my report. Is there anything to worry about. Any chances of conception this month. Any medicines or doctors help required. please guide accordingly. Thank you.
