Hello doctor, my chest has small pain and sometimes burning, I have upper abdominal pain, small intestine burning. Gas comes out my mouth with bad odour, I have lost my 2 kgs of weight. And also filling dizziness and fatigue, lazy, breathlessness. Pain in legs, lower back pain, head pain, low bp, I have vit b12, and d3 deficiency. What happened to me to whom should I concern. My doctor just gave me antiacidity tablets for 10 days, please help me, I am in lots of tension.
