From age 14 years I started getting anxiety and soon it developed into daydreaming. I got 1st panic attack when I was 17 years old .after that when I got panic attack was on age 18 .i feared that someone is looking me and got panic attack .after that incident a colourless dot start appearing in front of my eyes with little depression I started taking medicine at age 19 .now I am 25 years old still now I am not cured but since after I take medicines.
