My grandpa is 57 yrs. He got cavity 3 months ago and went to rds and then recovered. And due to steroids he got avascular necrosis and undergone surgery. Now he is taking alendronate, painkiller, sleeping, antibiotics drug. Now for 20 days he's having chills and sweating. What to do. Thank you.

Hello dear, please be calm. See alendronate is bisphosphonate used to prevent bone resorption. Cavity has nothing to do with that. Already they are taking analgesics and pain killers. So sweating can be a side effect of the alendronate. Please donot stop it and get a consult from general physician. Regarding cavity you can get it restored.
