Hello dear, please donot worry. See definitely that tooth is a source of infection. But definitely due to lock down it is not so easy. So I request you to please wait for some time and then got it extracted. Although there are no such reports of infection to fetus but studies indicate that even caries is transmissible, so chances of infection could be there (as per my knowledge). So you can take medications to arrest infection up to time of extraction. My code is bj6e1e regards.
