My blood test result of calcium value in the blood is 10.9 as the safe value should be 8.6 to 10.8. How can I reduce the level.

Hello, kindly provide all detail of case. As per your given value there is a little rise in calcium level. To reduce or maitain calcium, pls increase your water intake i.e hydrated your body so calcium level will maintain. Also increase intake of vitamin d rich food or other sources of vitamin d which triggers calcium absorption from gut.
