Trigeminal neuralgia related pain, its mainly felt under mouth between first and third molar teeth on third molar also and when teeth in upper jaw and lower jaw touch each other its felt like spark of pain with difficulty is chewing. Apart from this its felt near end of ear on face and towards front side of neck, felt like some inflammation is under throat or tonsils might be their (all on left side of mouth, sometimes felt on left side of head also. Mainly under mouth and inside throat. Usually its felt like same nerve pain for which doctor has recommended zeptol 200 mg since 1995 on sos basis.
