Hi sir/ madam I am 22 years old and height 5'2".i recently have gain some extra weight maybe due to lighten and am not doing anything just seat and do work from home for 9 hours. I was 65-67 kg from the age of 18-21 and I was doing nothing to maintain the body weight. It was naturally stuck there. But somehow I am 77 kg now and there is a a big belly coming out. Is there any help. Is running for 1 hour help to reduce weight and belly fat?
