Please try for 1 year before thinking that you can't get pregnant on your own. One needs to do regular inter course as told by a gynaec. Some drugs are available that increase your chance of conception and are available on prescription.

You need to do intercourse from 9th day of her cycle (counting first day of period a s day 1), to 15th day of periods (if your cycle is of 28 days). Do every day or every alternate day. Getting children is a long process. even for a healthy, fertile couple, the 'per month' success rate is around 15-20%, so it is not at all uncommon for it to take some months to conceive. Overall, around 70% of couples will have conceived by 6 months, 85% by 12 months and 95% will be pregnant after 2 years of trying.” eventually it will happen.

Some times it take time you can wait for 2-3 months then may start investigations till than you can start treat as advising some times vit deficiency may caus delay so start tab b long f once a day for 3 months syr. Amycordial 2 tsf. For 3 months tab or cap. Evion 400 once a day for 2 months your husband can take lineator once aday for 2 months and see the result can contact me on lybrate ok.
