24 years old my vitamin d blood level is 5.23 from few months I am having extreme mood swings ,depression, anxiety, other mental issues and loss of energy its literally making me half alive is this due to my vitamin d deficiency .if yes please help me to increase the level immediately because its affecting my daily activity. please help from past few weeks I am taking 800 iu per day but I do not think its working.

Don’t worry for Vit D, you already taking 800iu daily and continue it for 6 months. Apart from Vit D add Calcium and Multivitamins with trace elements . Excessive Vit D intake can also create problems.
