According to the history that you provided, I assure you that this is not a dental problem. There are certain areas on your face called trigger zones which may be different for different patients. When these areas are touched or handled in any way, there is a shooting pain and this pain goes away after the source of irritation is removed. As it is an inevitable occurrence, I suggest you to please identify your trigger zones and avoid touching them or be gentle while doing so. Kindly continue any neurological treatment if you are undergoing it. Please visit your neurologist if your symptoms are unbearable. Take care and stay safe!
