I have huge troubles, I can not fall asleep, it has been 8 days now, when I try sleeping at night, I literally feel my heartbeat echoing on my neck, I feel like my brain is thinking too much. Your problem appears to be due to anxiety. It is very important to have healthy life style, plenty of oral fluids, properly nutritious diet, seasonal fruits, timely activities, proper rest etc. Putting best effort, hard work and looking after your personal health is in your hands.
