I was having erection problem for which my doctor consulted me tadalafil 5 mg daily in night for 3 months. I also observed low semen quantity and size of testicles were reducing. I have gone through two tests one is testosterone serum and second is semen analysis. Testosterone level is low i.e. 109 also the semen quantity is low i.e. Ml.
