I am 27 and I was diagnosed with pcos but I have my period every month. This month I missed my period. I am trying to have a child. I did hormone testing and. Lh is in normal range and fsh as well. I did a home pregnancy test and it was negative. My thyroid is also in normal range. I am spotting and I am having all signs and symptoms of pregnancy as well as my husband. What can be the cause of this. What to do.
