I noticed tiny black dots on my pad during periods. My periods are not irregular. What are these tiny black dots?

"krishnartav" (black menses) could be symptoms of vata vitiation as per ayurveda which may lead to various painful manifestations, dryness, hollowness. If you see black spotting before your period, it may also be blood left over from your last period. Broadly it needs the basic treatment of artav shuddhi i.e. Cleansing the "artav vah sarotas" by simple herbals. Ignoring it could lead to pcod too in some cases.
