Aj8f08 - area affected is below ankle bit and sometimes behind ankle area. Did recover from foot pain on top of foot and hurt when I did point my toes up and felt sore the more I exercised. Did recover before long run but now starting to feel stiff in that area slightly. Side of foot pain which could be peroneal tendonitis. I?m worried as it taking time to heal. Sometimes I can walk well but then I have to stop walking as this weird pressure of slight pain builds up on that area below the ankle but then i?m fine and can walk alright without limping too much. The injury itself at the moment isn?t that painful I can just feel it.
