Hello doctor, I am a male aged 28. After passing of stool I felt a fine particle (sized approximately 0.5 mm to 1 mm) came out of anus but not every time, it may comes out twice of a week if only when my body temperature increases. And it will goes in after 2 minutes (max). Please tell me what is this problem called & how can I cure it?

Hi, thanks for your query. I feel what you are trying to describe is piles (haemorrhoids. Based on the information you provided probably grade 2 haemorrhoids. For time being eat a fibre rich diet (fruit, vegetables, cereals and wholegrain bread); drink plenty of water and avoid straining while going to toilet. You may apply smuth cream around anus if you experience pain during defecation. Kindly consult a general surgeon who might advice you for a proctoscopy to confirm the diagnosis.
