I have some problem behind my ear, front and back side of neck as I searched it seems to be scabies. I started using permethrin cream on infected areas only. It itches and burning sensation well thats okay if its the sign of healing. I want to know how long shall I be using this cream. The first I used yesterday for 12-14 hours. How would I knee when they will gone. Its realy annoying. Please guide me n help me to get rid of them.
