Hi good morning sir. Sir I fell worry always in day to day life, I never ever stop thinking at any cost and my mind always thinks about the things which will never happens to me due to over thinking it fells burden in heart and always feels weighted heart and it burns/irritate always. When i'm alone or not doing any activity or even sometimes doing something's but mind always thinks and thinks about useless things that something happens to me or to my relatives or with the people whom I love. I'm totally frustrated with this things what should I do to overcome this problem. I'm a student about 24 y old, or at this age this will happens to everyone.
