My wife is 39 years old. We have a girl of 08 years. Now we are planning for other baby but now wife is not getting pregnant. We do sex one or twice in a month. You are kindly requested to please guide what should we do to rectify this.

It is important to choose the right day. Which is ovulation day. Having sex anytime won't help. But there is no time for trying. First get sonography abdomen of your wife and also get your semen analysis. Then consult for proper guidance and treatment.

Hello. If you go for sex in mid of menstrual cycle, like around 12 - 17 days, which is ovulation time, then chances of pregnancy increases. Even after regular sex in this period, over a time of around 6 mths, pregnancy doesn't occur then you must take a gynecologist doctor's suggestion.
