I was hoping if you could help me out with this. I have a long history of generalized anxiety disorder and panic disorder. What I am experiencing is return of these all. It has returned couple of times already and each time it does that, it presents itself with new symptoms. For example first I was scared of falling asleep (thought I never was gonna wake up) then I got familiar with this symptom and when it returned again it was my heart. Then it was dizziness and it has returned now again and it is my heart again. (is it even normal with anxiety? I mean returning with new symptoms like this?) right now I feel my heartbeat everywhere: especially my limbs and back. I am nodding my head with each heartbeat and also I am vibrating with each beat. Like whole body is vibrating especially the legs and arms and back. These shaking and nodding is very subtle: I only notice them when I am sitting or lying down. And I do some yoga for 1 hour and my heart feels absolutely fine and is only pounding when it should be pounding because of the intensity of the yoga postures. I do realize deep down I guess that I am still dealing with anxiety but can you please some of you share if you had similar symptoms with anxiety? I was with cardiologist in december 2019. He checked my heart with ultrasound machine: nothing is wrong. My heart is functioning really good indeed. But I can't get rid of this feeling that still there is something wrong with it. Is it possible that something might really be there. After all I have had a cardiologist appointment in december and it is april now.
