I am having hemorrhoids for past 1yr and I'm using smuths ointment. But the problem is that is not healing properly. When I eat chicken or paratha the blood starts to come from my rectum. What will I do.

Avoid straining. Eat plenty of fibers along with non veg you take. Constipation increases straining forces which cause bleeding. Fibers in diet like spinach and other leafy vegetables, carrots, cucumber, fruits like oranges and sweet lemon make the stools softer and less need for apllying force while passing motion. Local ointments are used if fissure is present and causes pain.
