Hello, Do home based exercises regularly for one month. Shoulder pendulum exercises Wall sliding in circular manner Hand raising above head and lowering down while kept at sides of body. Apply hot or moist pack over the painful joint. You may take medicines when there is severe pain. It takes around months to get cured. So have patience and continue with the exercises.
