Thank you for your guidance doctor. But will it helps to got my bp normal. As its heredity. And I my still young and in married and I don't like to take medicine now only. So is there any any good medicine in homeopathy as homeopathy don't have any side effects and also it's a good supplement. So kindly help me for this.

I don't have any knowledge of homeopathy. But regardless of your age if your blood pressure is hig it has to be brought under control by medicines. If allowed to remain high it may damage kidneys, brain,heart or eyes. If you are young & having high blood pressure then a possibility of secondary hypertension to certain condition is possible. These are renal artery stenosis, pheochromocytoma,adrenal gland tumours e.t.c.thest conditions can be diagnosed by investigations & treated successfully, certain life style measures like low salt intake & weight reduction in obese persons can decrease high blood pressure.
