My patient a 17 years old male presented with chief complaint of chronic cough for the past 6 month with sputum production. The sputum is whitish in colour, 3 ml in volume, non foul smelling. Cough is not associated with throat pain, fever, burning micturition. No history of weight loss. No history of chest pain. Cough is aggravated by sitting beneath fan but not affected while sitting in air condition.
